Ben Chapman is the Head of Digital for BBC Radio & Music. He has 19 years experience in broadcasting and digital media. Currently, he is the editorial head of BBC Sounds, the replacement to the iPlayer Radio product. BBC Sounds is a new Music, Radio and Podcast service from the BBC. Ben is responsible for the digital direction of the BBC's national radio stations and its music portfolio.

He works closely with creative teams and radio talent to develop innovative radio or television digital output, this includes the BBC’s Glastonbury coverage, Radio 4's online coverage and Radio 1 social media platforms. Ben has exec produced Eurovision and The Proms for BBC Television, developed the BBC's red button TV service in music and been the digital editor for BBC Radio 1.
