Registration to Radio Hack Europe 2019

- Entrance to Radio Hack Europe from Friday evening 29 March to Sunday afternoon 31 March 2019
- Catering during Radio Hack Europe (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and drinks)
- Discounted rate for the main Radiodays Europe conference (see below)

Who can attend?

Participation is open to media professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, students, and anyone who has a keen interest in new media and technology. This includes broadcasters, journalists, content producers, manufactures, service providers, designers, and software developers. The number of participants is limited to 80 people, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note, entry into Radio Hack Europe does not give you entry into Radiodays Europe, you must register separately for the main conference. However, for those attending Radio Hack Europe there is a reduced registration fee for Radiodays Europe, which is only valid for those who register for Radio Hack Europe and attend from Friday 29 March to Sunday 31 March 2019. Please be aware that it will not be possible to collect your Radiodays Europe ticket if you have not attended Radio Hack Europe for the full hackathon. You will be sent the promotional code for Radiodays Europe once confirmation of your registration for Radio Hack Europe has been received.

Participants must book their own accommodation, independently of the registration process. Please note that we have pre-booked rooms at reduced rates (guaranteed until 28 February) in the hotels listed below, which are located on the EPFL campus.

How to get to the venue

We encourage participants to use public transport wherever possible. To reach EPFL, you can take the metro line m1 from either the Lausanne (via Lausanne-Flon) or the Renens train station, and get off at Ecublens-EPFL. Should you need to drive to the venue, please note there are paid parking spaces for visitors available on-site.
