11.00 - 11.20 - Women in Leadership - Headliner - Siobhan Kenny

Siobhan is a Non Executive Director and Business and Communications consultant who stepped down as CEO of Radiocentre, the UK’s industry body for commercial radio, in July 2021.  Her passion for the great medium of radio and also for diversity within the industry culminated in being awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours List 2022 for services to radio and young people.  She has worked at Board level in creative industries including HarperCollins, the Walt Disney Company and the Hearst Corporation. Her proudest achievement is being the Strategy and Communications lead for the Government department which initiated the London 2012 Olympics bid.

11.20 - 11.30 - Telling Stories with Women - Daria Suvorova, Women Authors of Achievement (WAA) Podcast

Daria Suvorova is a Founder and Host of the Women Authors of Achievement (WAA) Podcast, where she interviews some of the most successful women of our time. She is also a Visiting Lecturer at Popakademie, an institution of higher education in Germany that offers academic degree programs focusing on popular music and music business. Her lecture on the “Power of Podcasting” covers the latest trends in the industry and educates students on how the podcasting business works. Alongside this, she is a Launch Manager at Klarna, Europe’s highest valued private fintech company, where she is responsible for launching markets, building brand awareness and making Klarna famous in the new markets.
