Basic registration includes entrance to the full conference and exhibition from 18-20 March 2018. This includes over 50 sessions across four tracks. There is additional access to networking sessions on Sunday - more information on these sessions will be available shortly. Attendees are also invited to the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Monday Radio Night party. 'Plus' registration includes all of the Basic registration benefits and access to the Catch-up Videos after the event to watch the sessions you may have missed while attending other sessions.

Attendees of Radiodays come from all across Europe and from around the world including Asia, Africa, Australia, North and South America. The countries with the biggest participation are from Germany, France, the Scandinavian countries, UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, USA, Switzerland, Poland, Italy and Russia.

Along with top-level management, programme directors, music directors, channel managers and heads of news or journalists make up a large percentage of those attending. Producers, programme hosts and those who work in online and technical also attend. The Radiodays Podcast event this year was also started in part due to the number of people attending Radiodays Europe who are involved in podcasts and podcasting. Finally, we have attendees who are part of the sales and advertising parts of radio and who work for different companies and organisations not directly in radio but in the audio sector with an interest in radio.

Delegates come from commercial radio and public service in almost equal numbers. 38 % came from public radio and 37% from commercial radio. 9% work in consultancy, 5% came from organisations and 11% “other”.
