In January 2018 Tine Maria Borresoe took on the task to lead a massive turnaround of DRs youth radio channel P3 and create DRs first youth podcast team.
Tine has been working at the Danish Broadcast Cooperation for the last eleven years in numerous departments and positions. She began her journalistic career as an investigative journalist and then went on to documentary, factchecking journalism, constructive journalism, live TV events and factual entertainment. And since 2016 she has focused her work on creative leadership, content development, change management and innovation. She has made award winning documentaries and factual formats for both radio and television. She was editor in chief at Denmarkâs first factchecking and award winning tv-format and have innovated journalistic genres, storytelling, workflows and platforms to secure successful and relevant public service content in the digital age by focusing on setting talents free, letting platform and targeting experts talk first, being ambitious on behalf of the users and encouraging everyone to break with traditional thinking.
