How do I register for RDE?

You can register for RDE here

Is there an early bird discount?
Yes, by registering before a certain date, which will be announced later in the year you can receive discount rates. Other prices may apply if you have a ”Partner Organisation Code” or are employed by a company which is VAT-registered in the country in which Radiodays is being held. 

What is a ”Partner Organisation Code”?
Radiodays Europe has a number of partner organisations in different countries.  If you are employed by a company that is a member of one of these organisations, the company may have got a ”Partner Organisation Code”.  If so, enter it in the form.  Please contact the company or organisation to confirm the "Partner Organisation Code". You can find out which companies are Partner Organisations here.

How do I pay for my RDE ticket?
You can pay for your ticket using major cards including Visa (Debit/Credit) and Mastercard.

I will need an invoice for my accounting how do I get an invoice?
Radiodays Europe accepts payments only by credit card. If you have a query about invoices please contact ticketsales@radiodayseurope.com

What is the benefit of being part of a company with VAT-registration?
For companies VAT registered in the country in which RDE is held ”Reverse charge” applies. Radiodays Europe will not add VAT on top of the price of your ticket.  For all others the VAT is included in the price of your ticket (please see the VAT of the country in which RDE is held).

There are two sections for VAT 0 and VAT 20 in the invoice.  Why?
The VAT0 symbolises the ”Reverse charge” arrangement which applies for companies VAT-registered in the RDE host country.  While the VAT20 shows the VAT which applies for all others.

Tickets & redeeming tickets on the day

How do I know whether my payment for the ticket went through?

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your ticket. 

What shall I do with the ticket?
1. Print it out 2. Bring it with you 3. Scan the QR-code at the entrance and get your delegate badge.

What happens if I come to the conference without my ticket?
If you arrive without your ticket you will be able to collect your badge from the registration desk. You must bring photo ID and allow for extra time to collect your badge. 

Can several people gain entry on the same ticket?
The QR-code on each ticket will only allow entry to the person who is named on the ticket.  

Speakers & programme 

How do I become a speaker at RDE? 
To become a speaker at RDE please submit your session title suggestion to anders@radiodayseurope.com All speaker suggestions will be sent to the RDE Programme Group, each speaker suggestion will be assessed and speakers of interest will be contacted by the Programme Committee Assistant. 

How do I suggest a session for RDE? 
Please send your session suggestion to anders@radiodayseurope.com All speaker suggestions will be sent to the RDE Programme Committee, each speaker suggestion will be assessed and speakers of interest will be contacted by the Programme Group Assistant. 

When are speakers announced for RDE? 
Speakers for RDE are announced from September to February, speakers are confirmed by email and announced publicly on the RDE website. 

I am a speaker where do I find information on presentations, set up, submitting my bio/pic & arrival? 
Speakers can find all the information they need in the Speaker Login section.

I am a journalist, I would like to contact an RDE speaker for an interview, how do I do this?

Where can I download the RDE App?

Why do I want to download the RDE App?

The RDE App shows the programme schedule, speakers, information about the venue and rooms and much more. 

Will my email-address be listed in a delegate list?
No, it will not, please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your data & compliance with GDPR. 

Terms & Conditions for the sale of tickets to Radiodays Europe 2019

Cancellation policy
Registration is binding and payment for ticket will not be refunded.  If a registered delegate cannot participate after all, you can transfer the ticket to another person.  To do this – send mail to ticketsales@radiodayseurope.com.

Force Majeure
Radiodays Europe (RDE) reserves the right to modify dates, locations, schedules and programmes as well as cancel the event if caused by “force majeure”. Force majeure is any act or event beyond the control of RDE and which prevents it from executing its obligations and shall include, but not be limited to, technical failure, strike, hostilities, weather and any governmental decision affecting the event. In that case, the ticket buyer has no right to compensation from RDE.
