Radiodays Europe Exhibition offers you the chance to promote your company, brand, products and services to the participants of Radiodays Europe. Last year exhibition featured 60+ exhibitors and with guranteed lunches and coffee breaks being held in the Exhibition Area it provided the perfect venue to network, build relationships and current and potiential new customers from the radio and audio sector.

This year in Lisbon 2020 as the demand for space is high you must book your space prior to the event. Those booking early receive a deadline and ensure that they have the pick of the space available as it is allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

How to book your space

To book your space you must click the 'Book your space' button on this page and fill in the form, ensuring you have read the Terms & Condiditions for booking space beforehand. An invoice for the Exhibition space will be issued on receipt of the booking form and payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Terms, Conditions & Important Information

Payment 

Completion of the booking form is a legally binding contract for booking space at Radiodays Europe Lisbon 2020. An invoice for the Exhibition space will be issued on receipt of the booking form and payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. If the event is within 4 weeks of the stand/sponsorship package being booked, Radiodays Europe will require full payment 48 hours before the event takes place. Stands will not be available to non-payers. 

Additions to your booking

If you wish to change your booking, add items or increase your space allocation this is possible after making your booking. All additional items will be invoiced after the event and payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice. 

Cancellation 

Cancellation Receipt of the completed and signed booking form constitutes a firm booking. If at any time after receipt of an application for space and payment, an exhibitor withdraws from the exhibition, but no later than 3 months prior to the exhibition, the organiser will refund 70% of the total cost. If the withdrawal occurs within 3 months of the exhibition, no refund will be payable unless the stand.

Amendment of Exhibition Plan 

Whilst every endeavour is made to preserve the published layout of the exhibition, should it be necessary to revise the layout for any purpose, the organiser reserves the right to transfer an exhibitor to an alternative suitable site.

Postponement or abandonment 

The exhibitor will have no claim against the organiser or their contractors with respect to any loss or damage consequent on the prevention or abandonment of the exhibition or the exhibition building becoming wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the exhibition for reasons beyond the control of the organisers or their contractors.

Sponsorship opportunities 

Please note branding that conflicts with Radiodays Europe cannot be included in the delegate pack.
