Thomas Buch-Andersen , born in 1971, is the host of the Danish P1 talk radio show  "Detector" (Danish Broadcasting Corporation). The programme cross-checks the facts behind the statements made by politicians and opinion leaders in the ongoing current debate, and then the responsible persons are confronted with their own statements.

Thomas is a journalist  with a special focus on politics, society and community-centered topics. He was previously employed at the BBC in London and Deadline on DR2. He is also co-author of the book "Claus Hjort - strategist behind the new Venstre" (2007).
