Matthias Pfaff, Head of REGIOCAST Radioservices

Matthias Pfaff was born in Wiesbaden (Germany) in 1977. After completing his training at the Hitradio FFH group and his work as host of prime time shows and head of radio DJ´s at delta radio in Kiel, he moved to TOP Radiovermarktung in Berlin as management trainee and at the same time graduated in media business management in Hamburg.
 
Afterwards he worked as assistant of management and as head of the editorial department at 94’3 r.s. 2 in Berlin. Then he became CEO and Program director of LandesWelle Thüringen and moved to Thuringia to reorganize and structure the radio station on behalf of REGIOCAST. After achieving economic success he left LandesWelle to become CEO of SNN Ltd. and advance the transformation of analogue radio in its production processes into the digital world in context of a radio group. When the basic work was finished successfully, in the beginning of 2010, the regional content production firms ANN and SNN transformed into REGIOCAST and the central program production- and service sector ‘REGIOCAST Radioservices’ was founded under his leadership.
 
RADIOSERVICES is a service provider for On-Air-Communication / Branding, Music, News, Customer-Relationship-Management and digital workflow projects for all radio stations, operated by REGIOCAST as well as other customers all over Germany. In addition to his responsibilities as editorial realization partner, Pfaff assisted as a consultant with the construction, preparation and launch of the first German soccer radio 90elf. For the development of the audio brand he and his staff were decorated with the New York radio award in 2009.
