Marieke -MAC- Hermans is a creative innovator in media and creative digital content. As Innovation Manager for the Dutch Broadcasting Company she established the NPOX network of over 2500 mediaprofessionals.

She realised over 500 festivals and events covering current issues in the rapidly changing medialandscape. In doing so she developed a fine sense for hypes, trends and developments in this field.

MAC was one of the keynotes at TEDX TRANSMEDIA in Rome in 2010 and operates as an affiliate of the internationally acclaimed XMediaLab.com
