Francis Currie is a successful international radio consultant, specialising in providing programming and promotions support to radio stations in competitive markets around the world.
He was recently named ‘one of the radio industry’s best consultants’ in a poll by prestigious US industry magazine Radio Ink, and was the only non-American on the list.
Francis is an expert in turning around under-performing stations, developing market-leading Morning Shows and building strong brands.
Working with clients in the Far East, Middle East, Scandinavia, Western Europe, and the former Eastern Bloc as well as the UK, Francis has worked extensively to help clients both develop and deliver clear programming and promotional strategies. He has also helped conceive and create powerful radio brand extensions in online, television, events, interactive games and cds.
Prior to becoming a consultant Francis was a successful senior radio executive, masterminding the success of the Heart Brand in the UK as Programme Director of Heart in London and Group Programme Director of the Heart Network.
