Dirk Soetens is the research manager for the sales house of the public broadcaster VRT (Flemish radio & television) since 1998 (first as research executive, since 2002 as research manager). He began his career as researcher for SBS Belgium (marketing and sales for the commercial tv channel VT4). He’s specialized in marketing research, radio impact surveys, projects based on impact of advertising (radio, television, internet), strategy for the future of radio and follow up of new media concepts.
