Born 1975 in Rodewisch in the Saxon Vogtland. Studied political science, media and communications at University Leipzig. Parallel and following work as a freelance journalist for media and politics, e.g. for “Die Woche” and “ZDF”. From 1999 till 2006 spokesman of the media-congress “Mitteldeutsche Medientage”. Since 2006 Head of Communications & Media Politics at the German radio holding REGIOCAST. Since 2009 Managing Director of the technical broadcast supplier derutec – Deutsche Rundfunktechnik.
