Radiodays Europe is all about radio and – of course – about networking. This session focuses on the networking part by using a well established coaching tool. We use the skills that we as radio people have the most: communicating fast and „to the point“. And while we’re at it, we’ll get to know interesting new people really fast.

- "Personal Spot Pitch" is based on the idea of an „Elevator Pitch“. The term was established in the 80s and 90s, when young ambitious people jumped onto the same elevator that the CEO took; they used the 30 seconds on the way to the highest floor to communicate their advantages within a quick personal presentation in order to get a job", explains Stephan Hampe, who will be facilitating the sessions.

The session presents five golden rules for a quick and focused communication. You’ll apply the rules in a short interactive section and get to know a lot of new radio people quickly... instead of meeting the same old people you always meet and already know.

Due to this interactive element the session is limited to not more than 12 persons.
