Selling on-line audio is different from selling FM radio and measurement must provide metrics that will help sell, technical data is not enough. Key is to use agreed metrics for all kind of actors. Selling is good; to know what you are selling is better. Audience measurement is key element for understanding the fragmentation of the inventory.
