“ReelWorld’s mission to make great radio goes beyond the jingles and imaging we provide to over 2,000 radio station around the world. We see ourselves as cheerleaders for the medium of radio and creative use of sound. Next Gen mirrors our values of creativity, optimism and an obsession to be the best. We understand the challenges our industry is facing and we want to be part of the solution. We’re proud to be a sponsor of the Next Gen initiative for 2016 and we’re looking forward to attending the Radiodays conference in Paris which has become an important fixture on the industry calendar”. Anthony Gay, ReelWorld.

Anders Held, Project Manager, Radiodays Europe and representative for Swedish Radio said “Radio is more than what is happening today, it’s about the future. Swedish Radio has a strong history of developing young talent and the Radiodays Next Gen Project is a perfect way to keep supporting those new to radio. Offering young people the chance to see what the rest of the world is doing in all areas is important as is networking. It is the contacts that young people make today and the ideas and inspiration that Radiodays Europe can provide which is exciting. Swedish Radio is proud to be announced as the first public broadcaster to support this project”.

Radiodays Europe wants to bring the next generation of young radio professionals to Paris. This year, for the first time, Radiodays Europe is running a sponsored project to help young radio professionals come to Paris 2016 to share ideas, network and develop their future careers in radio.
